What should I bring to my first visit?
For your first dental appointment, please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card if applicable, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. Arriving a few minutes early will also give you time to complete any new patient forms.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
If you need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can find a time that works better for you. We do our best to accommodate changes and keep your dental care on track.
